Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for exterior-only services. As long as we have access to your
property and an outdoor water spigot, we can complete the work while
you're away. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to be
home to let us in.
How long does a typical service take?
Window cleaning usually takes 1-2 hours for an average home. Gutter
cleaning takes about 1-2 hours. House washing takes 2-3 hours
depending on size. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured. Your property is protected while we work.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We monitor the weather closely. If rain is expected, we'll contact
you to reschedule at no charge. For light rain, we can usually still
complete exterior work.
